Everyone is welcome to attend Mass. Those who are not yet in full communion with the Catholic Church should ordinarily refrain from receiving Holy Communion until properly prepared. A Catholic who is conscious of mortal sin should ordinarily receive sacramental absolution before receiving Holy Communion.
