Morning Prayer for the Household

Heavenly Father, bless this household and every person who belongs to it. Give us patience in conflict, gratitude in prosperity, courage in trial, and readiness to forgive.

Protect children, strengthen marriages, console those who live alone, and teach us to receive the stranger and serve the poor. May our home be a place of truth, prayer, rest, and charity. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
