Prayer after Death

Eternal rest grant unto [name] , O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon this soul.

May the angels lead [name] into paradise. May the martyrs receive this soul, and may Christ bring [name] into the holy city, the new and eternal Jerusalem. Amen.
