The Prayer
I arise today through a mighty strength: the invocation of the Trinity, belief in the Threeness, and confession of the Oneness of the Creator of creation.
I arise today through Christ’s birth and Baptism, His Cross and burial, His Resurrection and Ascension, and His coming in glory.
Christ with me, before me, behind me, in me, beneath me, above me, on my right, and on my left. Christ when I lie down and when I arise; Christ in every heart that thinks of me, every mouth that speaks of me, every eye that sees me, and every ear that hears me.
I arise today through a mighty strength: the invocation of the Trinity, through faith in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Salvation is of Christ. May Your salvation, O Lord, be ever with us. Amen.
