Is Science and Health another Bible?
Christian Science describes it as a key to Scripture rather than another ancient biblical book. Catholic evaluation asks whether its controlling metaphysical assumptions arise from the biblical texts or are imposed upon them.

Can private revelation reinterpret the whole Christian faith?
No private revelation can improve, replace, or correct the definitive revelation of God in Christ entrusted to the apostles. Claims of insight must be judged within that public deposit.

How should symbolic and historical readings be balanced?
Biblical texts can possess spiritual senses, but these rest on the literal sense intended through human authors. Spiritual interpretation cannot cancel a text’s historical claims whenever they conflict with a system.

How should I speak with a Christian Scientist who is ill?
Lead with compassion, listen, avoid ridicule, encourage appropriate care, and discuss theology only without exploiting fear. The person is not a debate problem and illness is not proof of spiritual failure.
